1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to design, development and marketing services provided by SwiftLink Designs LLC ("SwiftLink Designs", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to them.

2. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the project enquiry form does not create a contract between us. It is a request for information. A project only begins once we have confirmed the scope, price and timeline with you in writing and any agreed deposit or payment has been received.

3. Prices and packages

Package prices shown on this website are in US dollars and are the prices in effect at the time of publication. Discounted prices are shown alongside the original price. We may change our prices and package contents at any time; the price that applies to your project is the one confirmed with you in writing.

All packages listed on this site are customisable. Where a package is customised, the agreed price and deliverables are those set out in the written confirmation we send you.

4. Project delivery and timelines

Any delivery times stated on this website (for example the 24 business day delivery on our custom 2D animation packages) assume timely feedback, approvals and materials from you. Delays in providing content, feedback or approvals will extend the timeline accordingly.

5. Revisions

Where a package states that revisions or variations are unlimited, this applies to refinement of the agreed concept and scope. Requests that materially change the agreed brief, add new deliverables or start a new creative direction may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, brand materials, content and any third-party assets required for your project, and for confirming that you have the right to use anything you supply to us.

7. Ownership and intellectual property

Where a package states that you receive 100% ownership rights of the finalised logo, those rights transfer to you on final delivery and full payment. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, concepts that were not selected, working files, and any pre-existing tools, templates or components we use remain our property.

Stock photography, fonts and third-party assets included in a package are supplied under the licence terms of their original providers, and those terms continue to apply.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Payment

Payment terms, deposits and instalment schedules are agreed in writing before work begins. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is not received.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund arrangements are agreed in writing before the project begins and depend on how much work has been completed at the point of cancellation. Please ask us for the terms that apply to your project.

10. Website content

The content of this website is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Portfolio links point to third-party websites and video platforms that we do not control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or from our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SwiftLink Designs LLC. Your lawyer should insert the specific state or jurisdiction here before publication.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
