We offer logo design, brand identity and stationery design, website design and development, e-commerce website design, social media management, social media page and banner design, and 2D and whiteboard animation. Every service has its own packages, and all of them can be customised.
How do I get started?
Choose the package that fits your project and click the button on it. That takes you straight to our project enquiry form with the package already filled in. Complete the short form and it comes directly to our team by email.
How do I choose the right package?
Compare the packages on our packages page — each one lists exactly what is included, how many concepts you receive and how many designers work on it. If you are still unsure, submit the enquiry form describing what you need and we will recommend the right fit.
What happens after I submit my project enquiry?
Your enquiry is emailed straight to our team and you receive an automatic confirmation email. We review your requirements and get back to you to confirm the details and next steps.
How long does a project take?
Timelines depend on the service and package. Our custom 2D animation packages are delivered in 24 business days. For logo, website and other projects, we confirm a specific timeline with you before work begins — you can also tell us your preferred deadline on the enquiry form.
How do revisions work?
Our packages include unlimited revisions, and several also include unlimited variations. You review the work, tell your project manager what you would like changed, and we keep refining until you are 100% satisfied.
